Santa Boots Pattern

material:
worsted weight yarn color of your choice.
small amt of white red heart buttercup yarn  for cuff.
4mm needles (set of 2)

 cast on 22 sts  knit 6 rows (garter stitch)

row 8 and every alternate row knit

knit 14 rows on these 14 stitches , increase 5 sts on last rt side row

with wrong side facing join white  knit 8 rows   cast off sew seams, reversing white cuff. crochet loop and attach
